Bike Mechanic

About the role

The bike mechanic is responsible for the following:

  • Carry out repairs on all types of bikes
  • Ensure bikes are repaired to the highest standard
  • Complete builds of new and custom bikes
  • Ensure all mechanical work meets safety standards
  • Ensure the workshop maintains a clean and professional appearance
  • Ensure stock levels of parts are maintained
The candidate

The ideal bike mechanic will have the following skills and qualities:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working as a mechanic
  • Passionate about cycling and the industry
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A good command of English (a bonus if Spanish or Dutch is spoken)
