Backorders: In the rare event that your item is on backorder, we'll reach out to you upon receiving your purchase with an estimated delivery time. If the timeframe doesn't meet your satisfaction, we're more than happy to offer a full refund.
Shipping Partners: We trust Seur for deliveries within Spain and FedEx for shipments outside of Spain. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information for your goods as soon as they leave our hands.
